ijump Safety Guidelines

For the safety of our kids and guests we have lowered the jump count.  Please only bring 1 parent or adult to watch the jumpers so we can avoid large groups gathering in the lobby and in the trampoline park.  If the jumpers are over 13 years of age they can be left without supervision as long as they have a way of contacting someone in case of an emergency.

We hope you all stay safe and we would love to answer any further questions you may have

At ijump, safety is our first priority and therefore the following safety rules will be strictly enforced:

Follow iJump Controller's instructions at all times: Anyone failing to follow iJump employees' guidelines will be asked to leave the facility

Liability Waiver:  All guests that enter the jumping area (paying jumpers and non-jumpers) are required to sign an iJump liability waiver.  Those under the age of 18 years old, must have the agreement completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian.  Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS.  Using a fake name, signing for another person is considered fraud and anyone caught doing this will be banned from the iJump facility.
