Every jumper must have a completed and signed iJump liability waiver in order to jump. For those participants under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the waiver for the minor child. We may request identification in the form of a valid driver's license. Using a fake name, signing for another person is considered fraud and anyone caught doing this will be banned from the iJump facility. For your convenience, the waiver may be filled out online from any smart phone or computer device. A downloadable pdf waiver may also be printed for one day, to acess click here.
Jumptime is sold by the hour and jumpers start and finish on every half hour. During that time jumpers are allowed to rotate from area to area. During busy times, jumpers may be asked to move to a different area in order to facilitate crowd control and keep jumpers safe.
If you can walk, you can jump! We have a designated area for jumpers 36" and under. During busy times all young jumpers will be required to stay in this area for safety reasons. On Thursdays we reserve the entire park just for our little jumpers (48" & under) from 10am - 1pm.
Yes, our manufacturer informs us that the weight limit to jump on the trampolines is set at 300lbs per person (If you are heavier then this you are jumping at our own risk.)
Loose comfortable closing is preferred. Shoes are not permitted on the trampoline. We highly encourage jumpers purchase our reusable custom grip socks or to jump barefoot. For safety reasons, we do not allow jumping while wearing ordinary socks. Rest assured, our trampolines are sanitized daily.
We have rows of cubbies available for all guests to put their belongings in. Our cubbies do not have doors, or ways to lock items inside. If you have a valuable item (wallet, phone, watch, jewlery etc.) that you do not feel comfortable leaving in the cubbies, you are more than welcome to ask the staff upfront to hold on to it for you until your jump time is up.
No outside food or drink is permitted into the iJump facility unless the participant has purchased a birthday party package. In this case, the customers is allowed to bring in any outside food for the party that is desired.
Reservations on weekends and holidays are strongly encouraged to avoid disappointment or wait times. Tickets can be purchased by calling our front desk at 208-881-5108. Walk-ins are welcome and we always do our best to accommodate everyone. Monday - Thursday night are the best times to stop by with the family to get the best bang for your buck!
Jumpers must be at least 12 years old in order to be left at the ijump facility without a responsible adult. The person(s) that is left un atended must be capable of informing us of the emergency contact and phone number in case of an emergency and must be able to follow all the rules and listen to the team members when asked to follow the rules
Unlike your typical backyard trampline, it's virtually impossible to fall off our trampolines as custom padded decking built up to the trampoline level. Our equipment follows the highest standards and is properly inspected and maintained regularly. Like any physical activity, accidents can occur with the most common being trampoline burns, bruises and minor sprained ankles. Based on research, less than 2 of every 1,000 participants will be injured with majority of those being very minor. Jumpers that follow the safety guidelines and jump within their limits will not get hurt.
